Having gained a PhD in mindfulness and education, I can offer a compassionate and critical ear, to help you develop your academic ideas and improve your writing.
The main way I support clients is through deep listening. This approach is symbolized by the Chinese character, 'Ting'. I will listen to you with my ears, eyes and heart, staying present to whatever emerges in the moment, with deep respect and undivided attention. In this space of compassionate listening, you are invited to find your own way through whatever challenges you face.
As a mentor, my aim is to ask the questions that will support you in finding your own answers, and to offer support and encouragement. I particularly make use of the steps of non-violent communication, with a focus on your feelings and needs.

After that, you can book one-off sessions (R600/hr) when necessary, or a series of sessions at a discounted rate. I work on a sliding scale, so that your available resources are fair exchange for my time, training and expertise.
