Through experiential learning, you will develop skills in mindfulness from presentations, guided practice and enquiry sessions. Each session is 2 hours, with home assignments that include regular mindfulness practice, daily life exercises and journal writing. The 8-module programme will cover the following topics: 1. Start Where We Are 2. The Body as a Place to Stay Present 3. Introducing Mindfulness Support 4. Working with Distraction 5. Exploring the Undercurrent 6. Attitude 7. Self-Acceptance 8. A Mindfulness-Based Life The cost includes instruction, detailed notes and digital access to all the mindfulness practices. The course is offered on a sliding scale, depending on your ability to pay. Recommended price: R1500 - R3000. A 50% deposit secures your place. Courses are currently run via Zoom but may be blended in 2022.
