Many people struggle to get started in their meditation practice. I can offer you support in person or online.

Meditation Mentoring

I offer one-on-one sessions to give you the personal attention you need to develop a mindfulness and self-compassion practice. If you are a mindfulness researcher, or a yoga teacher-in-training, I can offer mentorship.


I regularly offer three different eight week courses, for training in awareness (2 hours per week): 

  • Mindfulness-Based Living

  • Compassion-Based Living

  • Awareness in Action

Retreats and Events

I love leading retreats, workshops and events, combining mindfulness, compassion and moving meditation practices. These are designed to improve awareness of yourself, your community and the planet.
