Mindfulness Mentorship
  • The Self Regulation plan offers foundational practices that down regulate your nervous system, and help you to return to a place of balance and greater ease.

  • Our mental health can feel so fragile, particularly when we realize how little control we really have over our lives, so these practices are life-savers.

  • Online practices are offered freely, and I hope can bring you benefit, and you are welcome to share the links with others.

  • This Pathway covers much of what we do together in Self Exploration, but it designed for those who are looking to move beyond their own ego identity, so that they can hold the space for others.

  • I am particularly keen to support those who teach yoga or mindfulness practices, and would like mentorship based on my academic research and my own personal practice.

  • A one-on-one session each month will give you the opportunity to explore personal blocks and insights, so that these can be transformed into a deepening understanding of your own work.

  • This is the mud and lotus analogy – taking the mud of our daily lives, and exploring it with interest, so that we can bloom, and in blooming, bring joy and delight to those with whom we share our lives.
